The SMC MOTION CONTROLLER connects to your camera with a remote cable to synchronise the camera with movement. NO ADDITIONAL intervalometers are needed to shoot timelapse photography. You can CONTROL EXPOSURE TIMES with the SMC or from the camera itself. ANY CAMERA can be connected to the SMC via a specific remote cable to shoot motion-integrated timelapse photography.

The SMC offers ADVANCED MOTION CAPABILITIES and can be used in continuos shooting mode or “shoot-move-shoot” mode. It can also be used in conjunction with the Merlin Telescope Head for additional PAN-TILT MOTION. The SMC can also “feather” or ramp into or out of moves by starting with slow moves and then speeding up within the video, resulting in creative accelerating or decelerating effects.

The SMC work with the SHUKUMA DOLLY, SHUKUMA MINI and as a controller for your custom rig.

The SMC is programmed with the Dynamic Perception software from the MX2 making firmware updates reliable and well trusted.
